He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role 
This role is responsible for providing daily administration support in reception, general administration, and event management. No two days will be the same as there will be a variety of day-to-day tasks, you will need to have previous experience to ensure smooth operations across the organisation. The role requires that you have great initiative and thrive in situations that require you to think on your feet.

He kōrero mōu | About You 
Empathetic, proactive, and open to working in a multicultural environment. You will have exceptional communication skills, you must be well-presented, friendly, and helpful. You are an experienced receptionist/office administrator who is confident in dealing with all aspects of office and business administration.

What you will need for this role: 

  • Previous office administration/customer service experience is a must

  • Possess a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude

  • Superb communication, planning, and organisational skills

  • Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and have initiative

  • Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ideally, you will have some proficiency in Te Reo Māori and knowledge of tikanga Māori (preferred)

  • Commitment and ability to apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi

All applicants must have New Zealand Residency, a full and clean driver’s licence, and a clean police record.
