He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role

Reporting to our Quality Manager, you will be charged with planning and leading the delivery, and evaluation of the Kāhui Tū Kaha training programmes, orientation block training, and internal specialised training.

He kōrero mōu | About You

Someone who is empathetic, proactive, and open to working in a multicultural environment. You will have exceptional communication skills and the desire to utilise these to facilitate positive learning experiences. You will need to be able to adapt to different learning styles and work with the internal facilitators to ensure the learning is embedded.

What  you will need to have:

• • Tertiary level qualifications in adult learning or relevant to the health sector
  • Experience facilitating learning solutions in an adult learning environment
  • Knowledge and relevant experience within the social housing and mental health sectors;
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tikanga Māori

All applicants must have New Zealand Residency, a full and clean driver’s licence, and a clean police record.
