He kōrero mōu | About You
We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is confident in dealing with all aspects of office and business administration. You will have great attention to detail and take a systematic approach to your work. As the first point of contact for head office visitors, you must be well-presented, friendly and helpful.  You will have great initiative and thrive in situations that require you to think on your feet.

He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role
This role is responsible for providing daily administration support in reception, general administration and event management. No two days will be the same as there will a variety of day-to-day tasks, you will need to have previous experience to ensure smooth operations across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly manner
  • Ideally you will have conversational level proficiency in Te Reo Māori
  • Superb communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and have initiative
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Previous reception or customer experience is a must
  • Possess a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude
  • Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook).
